Anglo-Dutch supermajor Shell is on the hunt for Nigerian contractors to provide engineering, procurement and construction management services for its deep-water projects, writes Iain Esau.
Shell Nigeria E&P Company (Snepco) is currently pre-qualifying players to participate in a tender process with a view to awarding a contract in the second quarter of 2020.
Initial responses must be submitted to the supermajor’s Lagos office by 30 July.
