The FEED study, which is expected to last a year, includes an option for subsequent implementation of the concept in the next development phase, which will involve a subsea tieback to the Snorre A platform.
A plan for development and operation for Snorre Expansion is expected to be submitted at the end of 2017, with production start-up planned for the fourth quarter of 2022.
