Allseas-owned pipelay vessel Solitaire has started work on the Nord Stream 2 twin gas pipeline in Russian waters, where it will spend about a month laying one of the two approximately 100-kilometre-long sections.
Gazprom-owned Nord Stream 2 said construction work is also proceeding well and according to plan at the Russian and German landfalls, the entry and exit points of the pipeline system.
