Sound Energy has confirmed a discovery on its TE-10 well in eastern Morocco, part of a three-well onshore drilling programme launched last year to unlock the potential of the Tendrara basin.
Following initial post-drill technical analysis, Sound has upgraded net pay estimates to confirm the “multi-trillion cubic feet gas potential of this well ahead of addressing reservoir deliverability and testing for commerciality".
