Regarding an Upstream article published on 31 May, 2019 (Early production system plan for Beech discovery shelved), Accra-based Springfield E&P said it “is not in any way cash-strapped and has consistently met all of its financial obligations (which) includes... exceeding our work programme for West Cape Three Points Block 2 (as) per our petroleum agreement”.
Springfield said: “We are preparing to undertake our drilling campaign in the fourth quarter of 2019 as part of our planned obligation for the year.
