Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Power & Renewable Energy has yet again deferred the bid submission deadline for the Swiss challenge to provide a floating storage and regasification unit for the nation’s maiden liquefied natural gas import project, writes Amanda Battersby.
Prospective contractors now have until 2 April to submit their counterproposals for the FSRU, related pipeline infrastructure and the supply of LNG.
