Husky Energy and China National Offshore Oil Corporation are closing in on a production start-up at the Madura BD field off Indonesia and a final award of a major contract for the MDA-MBH satellite project, writes Russell Searancke.
The floating production, storage and offloading vessel for the BD project is understood to be in the final commissioning phase.
