VIETNAM’S Cuu Long joint operating company is moving towards start-up of the first phase of the full-field development of the Su Tu Trang (White Lion) gas and condensate field in the prodigious shallow-water Block 15-1 in the Cuu Long basin.
The field is already producing through an early production system that started up in 2012 via a wellhead platform tied back to the Su Tu Vang field complex, also in Block 15-1.
