Mobilisation is scheduled for December, with offshore operations expected to take about six months.

RSPOC is a joint venture between China's CNPC International and Malaysia's state-owned Petronas Carigali with 35% each, Sudapet of Sudan on 15%, Nigeria's Express Petroleum with 10% and Sudan's High-Tech Group on 5%.
