Dutch contractor Heerema is highlighting the green credentials of its newbuild Sleipnir crane vessel, which has been built with the capacity to be fuelled by liquefied natural gas, writes Amanda Battersby.
Heerema founder Pieter Heerema decided four or five years ago when Sleipnir was still in the design phase that he wanted the crane vessel to use LNG as its primary fuel.
