Swiber will provide the vessel Swiber Ada for a $7.3 million contract to support mooring, berthing and lifting operations for a floating production, storage and offloading vessel on the Song Doc field, which is owned by the Truong Son joint operating company.
The contract begins this month for six months and has options for two six-month extensions.
Raymond Goh, Swiber's chief executive, said: "The opportunities in Vietnam's offshore industry are extraordinary."
