The National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) is expected to respond to the latest bids by late April. But bidders said they wonder if NIGC is serious" and the project "is still alive".
The rebid last month followed a shortlisting of two groups in August.
The partnership of Canada's Propac with the local IDRO was the low bidder, with a quote of $294 million in hard currency plus 1 trillion rials ($125 million) in local content; while second lowest bidder was the partnership of Germany's Linde with the local Iran Arvin.
