A senior executive of Russian regional oil producer Tatneft has reiterated the company’s continued focus on exploring options to improve tertiary oil recovery methods in its home region of Tatarstan, writes Vladimir Afanasiev.
Quoted by Moscow state owned agency Tass, executive director Nail Maganov said the company is not "excited" by proposals from the Russian government to permit access to domestic offshore blocks to players other than Gazprom and Rosneft.
