Ivan Replumaz, head of the company's offshore division and the second most powerful figure apart from Valot, parted ways with the company within the last two weeks, as did Phillipe Barril, who led the offshore Africa/Mediterranean region, reporting directly to Replumaz.
Industry sources said that both Replumaz and Barril left Technip's Paris offices on 8 or 9 September, three months after Houston offshore head Svein Eggen was put on gardening leave.
