Floating production operator Teeky Petrojarl has been hit with a safety warning by the UK offshore watchdog for failings in the safety management systems on a number of its vessels following a lifting incident.
Inspectors from the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) said an inspection of the Voyageur Spirit floating production, storage and offloading vessel, which is at work for Premier Oil on the Huntington field, between 16 and 19 June 2017 identified failings in safety critical lifting operations following a “lifting incident”.
