Dubai-based newcomer Telford Offshore has emerged as the buyer of four accommodation and construction vessels from Dutch owner Sea Trucks Group, which is in liquidation.
Telford intends to market the DP3 quartet of multi-purpose units for heavy-lift, platform and subsea installation, pipe-laying, transport and accommodation services.
