The third phase of the Shell-operated Parque das Conchas project is poised to inject new life into one of the most intricate and complex deep-water developments off Brazil, with the Anglo-Dutch supermajor hoping to restore output to levels last seen two years ago.
Shell started production at Parque das Conchas, also known as BC-10, in July 2009 via a phase one development of the Ostra, Argonauta B-West and Abalone fields.
