Total has set up a front-end engineering and design competition between three parties for a proposed liquefied natural gas bunkering project in Oman, writes Eoin O’Cinneide.
The French major, along with local player Oman Oil Company, awarded FEED contracts to McDermott, JGC Corporation and one other party covering the design for the mid-scale onshore facilities at the port of Sohar.
