At least three leading engineering, procurement and construction players are in the frame for the development of the Hail field operated by Abu Dhabi Oil Company (ADOC) off the United Arab Emirates.
Sources said commercial bids were submitted by Abu Dhabi’s National Petroleum Construction Company, India’s Essar Projects and Spain’s Tecnicas Reunidas earlier this year and are now being assessed by ADOC.
