The race for Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company’s (Adma-Opco’s) $500 million-plus Umm Shaif oil expansion project is nearing its final stage, with commercial bids having been submitted by three leading international contractors.
Sources said that commercial bids for the offshore project were submitted early in November after being delayed for almost two months.
“There were some delays initially, but the oil project is now back on track,” a source familiar with the project told Upstream.
