Tofco, a 50-50 joint venture between Louisiana-based Chet Morrison and indigenous company Weldfab, has been churning out jackets and decks here since 2004.
The partnership came about with the Cannonball development, when Britain´s BP gave a strong commitment to local content.
Chet Morrison´s offshore fabrication experience has proven to be well matched with that of a local partner more grounded in the construction of processing plant.
