France’s Total has signed a drilling contract with Caspian Drilling company (CDC) for the first development well on its Absheron gas and condensate discovery in Azerbaijan's sector of the Caspian Sea, writes Kama Mustafayeva.
“We just recently completed... a deal. Now we are in the process of creating work scopes for third-party vendors,” a source close to the project said.
