France's Total has asked offshore service providers to submit new commercial prices in a tender for the charter of a large flexible pipelaying support vessel to assist in operations at the Lapa pre-salt field off Brazil.
Well-informed sources told Upstream that Total recently made some key modifications in the PLSV contractual terms, reducing the proposed workscope to meet its fresh requirements at Lapa, prompting the company to call for a re-bid.
