The Belbazem block consists of three oil bearing structures — Belbazem, Umm Al Salsal and Umm Al Dholou— located up to 50 kilometres from Zirku Island, and about 120 kilometres northwest of Abu Dhabi.

They are thought to be among the most prominent Al Yasat assets.

Al Yasat aims to produce about 45,000 barrels per day of oil and up to 27 million cubic feet per day of gas from the Belbazem block, while maintaining reservoir pressure support with water injection.
