Singapore-based PACC Offshore Services (Posh), compatriot Axis Offshore and Dutch player OOS International are leading the race to supply Brazil’s Petrobras with an accommodation and maintenance unit to run operations in the Santos basin.
According to well-informed sources, Posh, Axis and OOS were the only three companies that had their proposals qualified by the Petrobras bidding committee.
Rival Prosafe was disqualified on technical grounds.
