Indian private sector giant Reliance Industries and its Block KG-D6 partners have won an arbitration award in a long-standing gas migration dispute with state-controlled Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and the Indian government.
An international arbitration tribunal rejected the government's demand that the partners pay $1.55 billion for allegedly syphoning gas from ONGC's nearby blocks.
