US Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has unveiled his oil and gas policy, if elected, which includes rolling back environmental regulations and getting a cut of the profits from the Keystone XL pipeline in exchange for approving the controversial development.
In some of his most extensive comments on energy to date, Trump told an energy conference in North Dakota, home to the Bakken tight oil play that he would do away with “totalitarian taxes” on the oil industry.
