Australian company Twinza Oil has issued a letter of award to China Oilfield Service Ltd (COSL) to charter its jack-up COSLSeeker for a one well-campaign off Papua New Guinea, writes Xu Yihe.
Sources said the contract has yet to be signed, but the deal will see the rig start drilling at the Pasca A gas-condensate field in licence PPL328 in early September for up to 47 days.
