Devon Energy’s headquarters in Oklahoma was the scene of a dramatic high-rise rescue last week after two window cleaners got into trouble in their metal basket.
The workers and their station were tossed around in high winds early on 15 May as they set about cleaning windows on the 50-story Devon Tower in downtown Oklahoma City.
Witnesses said the metal bucket smashed several windows as it was thrashed about at high altitude.
