The country’s Ministry of Energy & Mineral Development selected Nigerian players WalterSmith Petroman Oil, Oranto Petroleum International and Niger Delta Petroleum Resources, and Australia’s Armour Energy as the winning quartet. The companies are now expected to negotiate for five PSAs, which comprise one for the Kanywataba block and two for the shallow and deep plays of the Turaco and Ngassa blocks, respectively.
