Members of the Unite trade union who work on Total E&P UK’s Alwyn, Elgin and Dunbar platforms off the UK are to be balloted over industrial action amid proposals to review their terms and conditions, writes Rob Watts.
Separately, some workers employed by Aker Solutions working on the hook-up and commissioning of Equinor’s Mariner project are being balloted in another pay dispute.
