Ukrainian state gas player Naftohaz does not believe it will reach a new agreement with Gazprom that will allow Russian gas to be sent through Ukraine to Europe after 1 January 2020, writes Beate Schjolberg.
“It is very, very likely there will be no transit contract from 1 January 2020,” Naftohaz executive director Yuriy Vitrenko said at a seminar in Oslo.
