African oil producers Angola and South Sudan both scored low in the United Nations’ annual World Happiness Report, but struggling Opec member Venezuela was the biggest faller on the list.
In a list dominated at the top end by Scandinavian and other European nations, Opec producer Angola came in number 142 out of 156, just 14 ahead of rock bottom Burundi.
