The University of Alberta in Canada has signed a memorandum of understanding with INGP, Senegal’s recently established National Petroleum Institute to support them in building capacity in Senegal’s oil and gas sector, writes Iain Esau.
This MoU was signed by the INPG’s director general Aguibou Ba who visited the university in July 2018 to initiate discussions on how the two institutions can work together.
