The US Department of Energy is certainly excited about the addition of a fourth liquefied natural gas train at the Freeport LNG facility in Texas.
Under-Secretary of Energy Mark Menezes said the decision to allow the increase in capacity at the plant on Quintana Island was “critical to spreading freedom gas throughout the world by giving America’s allies a diverse and affordable source of clean energy”.
