A pipeline project to connect natural gas from Colorado's Denver-Julesburg basin to Midwestern markets is set to move forward after US federal regulators approved the previously stalled project.
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission last week approved Tallgrass Energy's 70-mile (112-kilometre) Cheyenne Connector pipeline, which is designed to transport up to 600 million cubic feet per day of residue natural gas from Weld County, Colorado to Tallgrass' Rockies Express Cheyenne Hub in Wyoming.
