Singapore's Keppel Corporation has completed the sale of its Dutch shipyard Keppel Verolme to Damen Shipyards Group for €23.5 million (US$26.6 million).
The total consideration was arrived at on a willing buyer willing seller basis, taking into account Keppel Verolme’s expected net asset value and the shipyard’s position in the Netherlands ship repair and conversion market.
