Sources have tipped Vestigo — a marginal field specialist — and SapuraKencana to clinch a risk service contract from Petronas to develop Tembikai off Terengganu using the Seahorse concept.
The development of the Tembikai field is likely to comprise one of two combinations — a mobile offshore production unit plus a floating storage and offloading vessel, or a small floating production, storage and offloading vessel.
