Watchdog offering blocks in Yellow Sea
China’s oil and gas exploration watchdog, the Ministry of Land and Resources, has started offering offshore blocks in the Yellow Sea to Chinese national oil companies in an apparent move to accelerate exploration in the area, writes Xu Yihe.
