Junior partner Endeavour International said the West Rochelle W1 well had now been returned to production.
"Both West and East Rochelle wells are now flowing together and Rochelle production will be optimised between the two wells in the coming days," the explorer said, adding that it may increase its quarterly guidance after stable rates emerge.
China National Offshore Oil Corporation-owned Nexen holds a 41% operatorship stake in the field, which is located in blocks 15/26b, 15/26c and 15/27.
