The Gulf Trace project will expand the Transco pipeline by 1.2 billion cubic feet per day, with a projected start-up in early 2017, Williams said.
Transco has signed a deal as an anchor shipper for the Sabine Pass liquefaction facility in Cameron Parish and an open season to attract additional customers is scheduled to wrap up in May.
