The developers of the planned Woodfibre LNG export facility on Canada's west coast have decided to line up two separate contractors to work on engineering and procurement and on construction of the liquefaction project.
The developer, a subsidiary of Singapore-based Pacific Oil & Gas, has signed two separate framework agreements — one for engineering and procurement work, and another with a Canadian company for construction of the facility.
