The chief executive of Australian operator Woodside Petroleum has voiced his frustration over negotiations dragging out for tolling arrangements for its proposed Browse and Scarborough developments in Western Australia.
A tolling agreement for the North West Shelf joint venture’s Karratha gas plant is needed for Woodside and its partners to make a final investment decision for the development of the Browse gas resource.
