The company revealed it had resumed production last Friday after the semi-submersible Atwood Osprey drifted near flowlines the previous week. The rig had drifted three nautical miles (5.5 kilometres) from Chevron’s Iago-1B well into the Pluto exclusion zone after breaking several mooring lines during Cyclone Olwyn and forcing Woodside to take the precautionary measure of halting output.
