Woollybutt was shut down permanently last May, and the lease of the FPSO Four Rainbow (originally the Four Vanguard) ended on 31 May 2012. The FPSO is owned by Italian company Premuda.
One of the Woollybutt owners, Australia’s Tap Oil, said there is a contractual dispute between the Woollybutt joint venture and Four Vanguard Servicos E Navagacao (FVSN), a subsidiary of Premuda.
