The demand for construction workers in western Canada could more than double over the next three years, potentially straining the ability of liquefied natural gas developers to finish projects on time and at budget, writes Caroline Evans.
"2021 and 2022 is going to be quite a challenging time in British Columbia, with moderate and high shortages forecast for most of these occupations," says Pit Crew Management managing director Peter Dyball.
