RUSSIAN state-controlled oil producers Rosneft and Gazprom Neft and independent gas producer Novatek have submitted bids for three oil and gas blocks in the Yamal-Nenets autonomous region, writes Vahe Petrossian.
According to the Natural Resources & Environment Ministry, a Gazprom Neft regional subsidiary expressed interest in the South Kamennomysky block, which has no confirmed reserves but lies close to explored acreage between the Yamal and Gygan peninsulas.
