Front-end engineering and design contractor WorleyParsons issued the EoI out of St John’s, aided by ExxonMobil, and has given contractors until 11 March to respond to its call.
Once a list of pre-qualified players has been established, bid documents are set to be released in the third quarter of 2011.
Contract award has been penciled in for the second quarter of 2012 with fabrication to begin in late 2012.
