Saudi Aramco has already launched a pre-qualification process with international engineering, procurement and construction contractors covering the three major packages that form the onshore component of its Zuluf incremental project, writes Nishant Ugal.
“They have just initiated the pre-qualification process for the three onshore packages and have issued solicitation of interests,” a source from one of the interested players told Upstream.
